David Cox (Senior Transport Planner)

David is a transport professional with 14 years of experience in transport planning, town planning and environmental assessment.  He started his career working in Local Government in the south west of England, before moving into a consultancy environment. He recently joined Callidus in 2015.

David has a strong project delivery and technical skills background, and an excellent understanding of the UK transport and planning sectors. He has worked on commissions for both public and private sector clients in the UK, Ireland, Malta, Saudi Arabia, West Africa, Australia, Armenia, Russia and Egypt.

He has a wide range of transport and highways experience in development planning and appraisal, transport strategies, transport policy, and environmental assessment projects. David has an MSc distinction award in transport planning and received the CILT award for the best Master degree dissertation.
