Charles is a member of the Market Research Society with over 15 years' experience
of designing, managing and conducting market research across the public and private sectors.
Having
worked both agency and client side in the market
research industry, Charles is able to bring a '360 degree understanding' to what
makes an effective piece of market research delivering insight and understanding into the issue in question.
Charles also runs Ideate Research Ltd, which believes in actionable
research to help clients make informed and timely decisions.
