Royal United Hospital, Bath |

Callidus worked on behalf of the NHS Foundation Trust, Bath to secure a new car
park and various new Hospital departments as part of the Hospital's five year Estates
Strategy. The work included a Transport Assessment, Travel Plan and Car Park Strategy.
The Planning Authority granted approval for the Estates Strategy, which has simplified
subsequent detailed planning applications. . |

St John's Hospital, Bath |

Callidus successfuly negotiated an extension to a temporary planning consent for a car park adjacent to the Royal United Hospital (RUH) in Bath. The project
required consideration of the RUH's Estates and Parking Strategy. Callidus
put forward
a robust case on behalf of St John's to maintain the car park. The Planning Authority granted approval. |

Kent Residential Care Home |

Working on behalf of Care Villages UK, Callidus provided consultancy services to
a new care home in Wye in Kent. The care homes included circa 170 beds and
staff accommodation.

Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton |
|
|

|
|
|
Major redevelopment of the site uses caused congestion problems with vehicle movements
and parking access to site. We developed a revised parking and movement strategy to
manage the problem such that the hospital was able to function normally. |
