Callidus provided flood risk and drainage design services for submission of a planning
application on this 170 bed care village development. The project involved
the redevelopment of a listed building and grounds which neccessitated integration
of existing drainage systems into the new proposals. Flood risk and possible
contamination of groundwater was particularly
sensitive in the locality, and there were foul drainage issues which were successfully
negotiated with the sewerage undertaker. |
