services to the land development industry. We provide technical support for planning
and related applications covering transport, highways, drainage and flood risk,
and ancillary issues. |

We are seeking an enthusiastic Director level Infrastructure Engineer to run the Civil Engineering side of the business. Ideally the role would be based in our Cardiff Office.
The role is to work alongside the current Directors of transport and engineering and may attract an equity share in the business for the right candidate. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of interesting and
challenging projects. The work will include supporting the team on all aspects of the planning and infrastructure projects
that the company is involved in as well as business development and client relations. |

The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil
Engineering or an equivalent discipline, and ideally be Chartered. Experience in the delivery of road and drainage infrastructure
engineering is essential including a comprehensive knowledge of the technical and policy requirements of the sector. Flood Risk Assessment drafting and the development of Drainage Strategies will be a key part of the work. The candidate must be familiar with the development planning system in the
UK. He/she should also have excellent written English language and report writing
skills.

Fifteen plus years of experience is likely to have been gained by the candidate
with a consultant, a developer or a public authority. He/she will have ambition,
a work ethic and a sense of commitment to quality and client service. A good working
knowledge of standard industry software will be advantageous, especially AutoCAD
and Civil3D or Site3D.
Experience in the use of the Microdrainage or other hydraulic modelling software
will also be an advantage. The role will require oversight of other technical staff in the production of design work.
